About Me

I came into this profession honestly. Over 30 years ago, I stepped into my very first therapy session simply hoping for a reprieve from the discomfort I was living with at the time. It was an introduction to the kind of care that I was unfamiliar with.

Through my experience in therapy, I discovered that I possessed the ability to hold both the experience of deep pain and the possibility of something new simultaneously. This, I believe, makes me uniquely qualified to sit with clients as they traverse the many peaks and valleys of their interior lives.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique story and inner wisdom. I aim to create a space where you can feel known and supported as you explore what matters most to you.

I bring patience, care, and a sense of curiosity to the therapy process. I believe that even in our struggles, there can be moments of lightness and connection. As a lifelong learner committed to my own healing journey, I strive to stay emotionally present with you, attuned to your needs, and open to where our work may lead.

Outside of the therapy room you can find me swimming in the springs, playing backgammon, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
