A Dynamic Space for Growth and Deeper Connection

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. You have taken the first step in calling in meaningful and important change that has the potential to transform your relationship to yourself and others. Relationships are what feed us, and when those relationships are fraught we often experience feelings that can be overwhelming. A relationship with a therapist can be the antidote to such overwhelm.

I’m a relational psychotherapist who believes that growth happens through consistent and courageous introspection while in the presence of an attuned other. I offer a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and respected as we explore what matters most to you.

I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and care, honoring your pace and your unique story. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself and moving toward greater clarity, agency, and meaningful connection.

Services

Individual Therapy

My approach to individual therapy is deeply curious and respectful. Together we will explore and examine the inner currents that are shaping the ways in which you are showing up in your relationships. Through this thoughtful process we will identify what it is that you want for yourself and what barriers exist that prevent you from achieving your goals.

My goal is to invite you to be present for all of the states you may experience while we are together in session. I strive to provide a safe container for these states of being and to understand you in a unique and compassionate way. Being understood can be relieving which often times leads to healing.

Couples Therapy

Drawing from my training in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), I aim to guide a couple into a dialogue about what is best for the couple by identifying a shared purpose and agreed upon rules of engagement.

The couples that I see often feel stuck in patterns of hurt and disappointment due to unacknowledged wants and desires. In therapy, couples learn to communicate these needs effectively which leads to greater intimacy and connection.

I am not okay today.

So, in the absence of okay,

What else can I be?

I can be gentle.

I can be unashamed.

I can turn my pain into connection.

I can be a student of stillness.

I can be awake to nature.

I can sharpen my empathy

on the stone of my discomfort.

I am not okay,

but I am many worthy things.
